The following terms will inform you about our service we provide to you. When you create a YouChoices account or use YouChoices, you are agreeing to the following terms.

The YouChoices Service

We agree to provide you the YouChoices service. The service includes all YouChoices products, features, technologies, and software. The service is made up of the following aspects:

• Offering personalized opportunities to create, connect, communicate, discover, and share.

We want to show you content you care about. Thus, we build systems that try to understand who and what you and others care about. We use this information to help you find experiences and engage in a community built for you. The system includes highlighting content, features, offers, or accounts you might be interested in based on what you do on or off YouChoices.

• Developing and utilizing technologies that help us serve the growing community.

Organizing information and curating content is essential to our service. We use technologies that help us personalize, protect, and improve our service. We utilize techniques like machine learning to automate our services.

• Delivering brands, products, and services in ways you care about.

Using data from YouChoices and third-party partners, we show you ads, offers, or other means of sponsored content that we believe may be meaningful to you.

• Upholding a positive and safe community

We have systems and personnel to combat abuse and violations to our terms and policies, as well as harmful and deceptive behavior. We are always on the lookout to suspend or remove users that do not adhere to our terms and values.

• Researching ways to innovate

We use information collected from YouChoices to develop and innovate a better service.

Your Part

In return for our service, we require you to make the below commitments to us.

Who Can Use YouChoices. We want users from every parts of the world, however, we also want to have a safe and secure environment. So, we need you to commit to a few restrictions in order to be part of the YouChoices community.

• You must be at least 13 years old in age.
• Your account must not have been previously disabled due to violations of our policies.
• You must not be a convicted sex offender.
• You must not impersonate others

How You Can't Use YouChoices. By providing a safe and open service, you must do your part.

• You may not do anything unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You may not violate these terms or policies.
• You may not interfere with or impair our services.
• You may not access information in unauthorized ways. This includes collecting information in an automated way.
• You may not buy, sell, or transfer your account (including username).
• You may not post private or confidential information or do anything that violates someone else's rights, including intellectual property.
• You may not impersonate others or provide inaccurate information.
• You may not bully, threaten, or in any way cause users to feel unwanted.

Permissions You Give to Us. You will also give us permissions that we need to provide our service.

• We do not claim ownership to your content, but you do grant us a license to use it.

When you share, post, or upload content that is covered by intellectual property rights (like photos or videos) on or in connection with our Service, you hereby grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content (consistent with your privacy and application settings). You can end this license anytime by deleting your content or account. However, content would continue to appear if you shared it with others and they have not deleted it.

• Permission to use your username, profile picture, and information about your relationships and actions with accounts, ads, and sponsored content.

You give us permission to show your username, profile picture, and information about your actions (such as likes) or relationships (such as follows) next to or in connection with accounts, ads, offers, and other sponsored content that you follow or engage with without any compensation to you.

• We reserve the right to change your username if we believe it is appropriate or necessary

For example, if the username infringes someone's intellectual property or impersonates another user.

• You may only use intellectual property or trademarks with permission

Content Removal, Suspending, or Removing Your Account

• We can remove your content or information you share on the service if we believe it violates our terms, policies, or we are required by law to do so. We can refuse to provide or stop providing entire services to you to protect our community and systems.
• Deletion of content my persist for a limited period in backup copies and may still be visible where others have shared it.

Updating Our Terms

We may change our service and policies at any time. Unless required by law, we will notify you, through our service, before we make changes to these terms and you give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. If you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated terms.
